We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions about our services, process, and partnerships.

  • We work with many types of clients the individuals directly, or local high school, college or youth programs looking for coaches in the area, avaible to give private lessons and trianig when players and families request it.

  • Every lesson is schedueld for an hour block (unless you request a different length). We will start with the basics or what we went over previously every lesson. We believe you can't grow higher with a weak base.


  • Yes. Every client’s situation is unique, so all our coaching packages are fully customized to align with specific objectives, challenges, and timelines.

  • You can work with your coach as many weeks or months as you like. However coaches submit thier avaibilty 2 weeks to 1 month at a time. If you would like to book longer term programing. Please reach out directly. So we can discuss, scheudlnig and payment plans. With you and your selected coach.


  • We focus on our coaches to setting thier own rates as they are sacrifising their free time. So cancelations more then 48hrs in advance will recieve a full refund. Cancelations with in 48-24hrs will get a 50% refund and cancelations with in 24 hours will recieve no refund. If you cancel more then 3 times with in 24hrs in a month span, you will also be charged an additonal inconvience fee, which is set at the hourly rate of the coach you work with. (example: you schedule a trianing every friday and saturday at a rate of $100hr. You end up canceling 3 saturday trainings after fridays training in one month. You will not recive the refunds for those 3 trainings and will also be charged an additional fee at the rate of one training hour. So you will not revcieve the $300 value of the 3 traings canceled in the 24hr time frame and you will be charged another $100. If you cancel a 4th class you will not recieve a refund and be charged again for an aditional training hour. So in total you haven’t been refunded $400 and charged an additional $200.)

  • If a coach needs to cancel they will notify you directly along with Better and Better management. The coach will first look to reschedule with you, if not possible a full refund will be issued. If the coach cancels 3 or more times on you with in 24hr span. This coach will be frozen from new clinets till they rescheudle the missed programing with you along with providing an extra training free of charge.

  • CLINIC PROGRAMING:

    If you have signed up for a class/camp/clinic/program through the Better and Better site and these are affected by poor weather you will be notifed of a cancelations at least 6hr prior to the start time. Due to field permits needing to be approved and submited months in advance any programing that is scheduled 1.5hr or less a day will not recieve a refund or be resceheudeld, as weather is out of our control. If a program such as a camp or clinic that runs for 2hrs or more a day. Will have a make up/refund policy inplace prior to sign ups. Refund will most likley be 75% refund for the value of that day.

    PRIVATE LESSON/TRAINING

    If there is poor weather and your lession or trianing would be held out side. The lesson wil be canceled and be resceduled. Both Parites the coach and trainie need to communicate with Better and Better that they have agreed to cancel the training and reschedule.
